Return and Exchange Policy

At our brand, we take pride in delivering high quality apparel and ensuring that every product meets our standards before it reaches you. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return, refund, or replacement is necessary. Please read our policy carefully before initiating any return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Process

All returns must go through our approval process before being sent back.

1. Submit a return request through our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

Please note that customers must wait up to 14 business days for their return request to be reviewed and processed before receiving further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Requirements

Once your return is approved:

• You are responsible for shipping the item back to us
• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
• Tracking information must be provided once the item is shipped

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection and Processing Time

After we receive your returned item, it will go through a detailed inspection process to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and processing after the item has been delivered back to us.

No refunds or replacements will be issued until this inspection process is completed.

Refunds

If you choose a refund:

• Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase price of the shirt
• Shipping costs are non refundable
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Once approved, refunds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Reprints for Quality Issues

If your item has a verified quality issue such as:

• Misprints or design defects
• Manufacturing flaws
• Incorrect item received

You may request a reprint instead of a refund.

For reprints:

• Clear photo evidence must be submitted
• Our team must confirm that the issue is due to production quality
• The original item must still be returned before a replacement is issued

Reprints will only be processed after the returned item is received and approved through inspection.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, you must return your original item and place a new order separately.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items
• Items marked as non returnable at the time of purchase
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Returns requested outside of the 14 day window

Delays and Processing Expectations

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Return approvals may take up to 14 business days
• Inspection and processing may take an additional 14 business days after we receive your item
• Refunds or reprints will not be expedited

We prioritize quality control and fairness in all return cases, which requires time to properly review each request.
